Are COOLA products cruelty-free and reef-friendly?
Yes, we are committed to conscious beauty. All COOLA products are cruelty-free and formulated without Oxybenzone or Octinoxate to protect our coral reefs.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your glow sooner.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Do your sunscreens leave a white cast?
Our formulas are designed to be lightweight and sheer. While our mineral options may require a bit more blending, our classic lotions and sprays are formulated to disappear into all skin tones.
Where can I find the expiration date on my product?
Expiration dates are printed on the crimp of tubes or the bottom of bottles. Most of our sunscreens have a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
